Must be a College graduate in any course
Proficient in excel reporting (preferably at Intermediate level – knowledge on how to create Pareto and Root Cause Analysis charts, navigate through pivot tables and visual basic)
Knowledge on Basic Quality Tools – Analysis is preferred.
Proactive, analytical, self sufficient, willing to learn, hardworking and with good work ethics.

Responsibilities:

Managing QA activities in defined programs Responsible for Quality Assurance set up in new programs ·& defined programs (data and voice)
Transaction Monitoring and Coaching
Quality consultant to Operations for all quality related concerns, changes and updates.
Enhance Quality department touch points and share best practices
Centralized Call Recording and Monitoring Management
Assist and ensure in ISO 27001 and COPC compliance
Partnering with the Assistant Manager/Manager in governance of overall Quality Initiatives.
