International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI), a US-based international management consulting firm, is seeking a Procurement Agent Manager for a MCC Procurement Agent Services project.

Qualifications: • Excellent writing skills and ability to write reports. • Education or training in procurement, logistics, business, law, economics, finance, public Administration or related field. • Experience working as a procurement professional (approximately 8 years or more). • Extensive knowledge of procurement procedures, project administration, contract procedures and project follow-up. • Experience working in the procurement capacity of institutions such as Millennium Challenge Corporation, Asian Development Bank, United States Agency for International Development and World Bank type intuitions would be an advantage. • Computer literate • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Terms: Position is for approximately one year with possible renewal. The position is based in Manila Philippines (no housing, perdiem) Salary is negotiable.
