Description:

To lead a GSD Manila site communications aimed at creating a strong Employer Brand - Internally and Externally
To enhance the ability of the Group, country or business area to meet their objectives by developing appropriate plans based on sound analysis. To undertake a range of assigned tasks to agreed satisfaction criteria and terms of reference. To be responsible for providing advice and guidance in assigned area of expertise

1.     Manage and control the scope of assignments in order to meet internal customer requirements.
2.     Contribute to the design and delivery of solutions to achieve branding objectives.
3.     Maintain and develop a level of awareness and knowledge in assigned area of expertise.
4.     Liaise with colleagues and peers (especially in India) to achieve agreed plans and fulfill success criteria.
5.     Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure compliance with contract and service level agreements.
6.     Audit and review assignments to share experience and ensure continuous improvement.
7.     Independently manage all communications-related activities for the Manila site with minimum supervision
