Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead  and be the project champion for the design and deployment of a common platform to allow software reuse.Active involvement in defining future system architecture aligned to the common software platform.Mentor and lead junior engineers, interface with internal customersActive contribution to improving software process, productivity and quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in  EE / ECE, Master’s degree an advantage8+ year experience in design engineering and/ or R&D1+ year in a leadership position (team lead, technical lead)Knowledge of C & Assembly programming skills, ideally in an embedded backgroundProven ability to work with a team to deliver high quality engineering designs in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline-oriented environment

 Desired Skills: 

Strong background in digital control systemsCapable of analog design, feedback loop analysis, ideally using MATLABHigh level language (C++, Java, etc) experienceSoftware architecture design, particularly in a UML style systemLinux/Unix scripting experience (Bash/perl/python, etc) an advantage
