Example: Certain criteria acts as keyword and help you narrow your search like your educational qualification (MCA, MBA, M.Sc etc) the title of the job that you want would be (Technical lead, Software developer, Trainee etc) and the keywords that you can use may be (Domain testing, Animation and special effects, Tissue culture etc). Software and hardware that is unique to your job, industry or profession (Java, SAP, Analog circuit design etc) and your field of expertise would be (Administration, Finance, Quality control etc) etc.

It is very important to incorporate such keywords in your resume before posting it on the site as the employers will be using the same keywords to search online resumes.

Job Locations

You can limit your search to a certain geographic location. Enter specific location (city, state or country) to get a list of jobs of that particular location where you wish to work.

Example: Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi. If you are not specific about the location, then you can choose any location.

Experience

Experience is one of the key factors that employers consider while searching for online resumes. Experience refers to how much of experience you have in the related field when you are applying for a particular job.

Example: You have a total experience of 10 years but experience related to IT accounts is only for 5 years. Here when you are currently looking for a job in the IT industry, then you have to enter only 5 in the corresponding field but not 10.

It is important to note that the experience should be entered in numerical form (1, 2, 3 etc) but not in decimal form (1.5, 2.5, 3.5 etc).
