Ideal candidates must have the following qualifications: 

-At least 5-7 years experience in a sales and marketing role related to Water Treatment

-Minimum 5 years experience in servicing boiler water, cooling water, influent & effluent water, sewage water and production process water
-Good presentation skills with the aid of computers
-Ability to organize/co-ordinate the work of staff, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines as required by multi-national mining, petroleum and hospitality customers
-Successful candidate will be tasked to do the following: 
-carry out primary on-site customer contact
-Maintain a service programme for customers in accordance with requirements agreed to by the company and that customer, including water analysis reporting; chemical dosing equipment installation and repairs

-Updates and renews contracts

-Develop quantifiable business goals for each existing customer.  These should be agreed upon with the customer
-Conduct regular business reviews with customers
-Provide technical data and MSDS’s for chemicals supplied to each customer
-Complete all new customer Information and internal reports
-Manage inventory for customers where appropriate

-Answer complaints/queries

-Investigate and resolve invoicing/delivery/quality/payment issues

-Oversee and reviews service plans and any service technician’s function at each customer
-Develop and maintains sales and marketing strategic plan
-Prepares realistic sales forecast for approval by the Commercial Division Manager
-is responsible and accountable for achieving the annual sales budget set for water treatment

-Prepare quotation of chemical treatment program to be offered
-Negotiate contract terms
