Established for over sixteen years Entel is an independent UK based International Group which has firmly established itself as a prominent global player in the radio communications industry. Entel operates its own design and manufacturing divisions, with distribution centres throughout the world and its own manufacturing facilities in Korea and Philippines.

Due to rapid expansion and success, the Group has created a new Field Sales position to assist in the development and growth of the UK Sales team to further expand the distribution of Entel’s own brand of technologically advanced products.

As a Field Sales Account Manager you will initially be required to work out of the office three days per week with the remainder of your time spent in the field covering the UK nationwide, but then becoming regional and more local once the Field Sales team is established.  Should you be able to demonstrate the required qualities there will be the opportunity to manage the Field Sales team.

The successful candidate will need to be results orientated with a strong will to win, an effective communicator, commercially astute, and want to be part of a successful team in a professional company.

Your responsibilities will include:

·         Seeking new business opportunities in order to develop new accounts.

·         Working with existing dealers to develop on-going relationships in order to maximise all sales opportunities and increase market share.

·         Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.

·         Developing cross/up-selling opportunities within new and existing accounts.

·         Conducting face-to-face meetings with existing and potential clients.

·         Working to targets and KPI's.

·         Potentially managing a small team of Field Sales Account Managers.

Key requirements:-

·         A minimum of four years business to business field sales experience.

·         Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.

·         Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills.

·         Initiative, drive and enthusiasm.

·         Excellent communication and people skills at all levels.

·         Good planning and organisational skills.

·         Excellent presentation skills.

·         An open personality with honesty and integrity.

·         Talented, sharp and commercially astute.?


Desirable requirements:

·         Proven track record of managing teams of 5 plus people

·         The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team.
