EmailInstalling Total Quality Management in Basic Education in the Department of Education (DepED) Manila, Philippines The Philippines Australia Human Resource and Organisational Development Facility (PAHRODF) is a joint initiative of the Governments of Australia and the Philippines to support human resource management, organisational development and institutional change in the Philippines. In order to improve the quality and delivery of education in the Philippines, DepED is implementing a package of policy reforms that covers access, quality, equity, institutional management and adequate funding. As part of these reforms, DepED is installing Total Quality Management assisted by PAHRODF.Coffey International Development Pty Ltd, as the managing contractor of PAHRODF, is seeking proposals from qualified organisations to undertake the activity: Installing Total Quality Management in Basic Education in the Department of Education • The detailed work and tender requirements are found in the downloadable RFT found at http://www.pahrodf.org.ph/tenders• A pre-bid conference (PBC) will be held on at 2-5 pm on 26 November 2012 at Discovery Suites, 25 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila. A video-tape of the PBC will be uploaded to the website detailed above as soon as practical following the PBC.• The successful tenderer will be required to mobilise in-country no later than 18 February 2013. The project duration is 12 months and the engagement shall be completed by 17 February 2014.
How to apply:Tender responses must be lodged by no later than 5:00pm Manila time on 10 January 2013 strictly in accordance with the lodgement procedures detailed in the RFT. Enquiries concerning the RFT should be made in writing through the message board at http://www.pahrodf.org.ph/tenders/messageboard by no later than 5:00pm Manila time on 10 December 2012.
