Asia Core Cash Operations is responsible for processing of electronic and manual payments, monitoring and processing of GIRO payments, maintenance of client demographics and servicing of our client’s portfolios, covering APAC markets.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support for effective and efficient processing in terms of:
• Repair wire transfer instructions in a timely manner for Japan market.
• Ensure that currency cut offs are met and urgent clients are prioritized.
• Ensure that high value transactions are stratified according to the guidelines.
• Escalate issues as soon as identified.
• Comply with the company’s set guidelines and policies.
• Know the team’s Business Continuity Plan.
• Complete all mandatory training courses before the set due date.
• May act as back-up for any function that maybe assigned from time to time.
• Be able to deliver administrative tasks assigned on time.
Qualifications:
• Keen understanding of currency cut - offs, involved risks and ability to prioritize and redistribute the workloads within the team
• Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels
• Excellent written & oral communication skills in English and native Japanese language in Kanji, Katakana, Hiragana.
• Ability to understand Japanese used in variety of circumstances. Approximately the same level as the old level 1 test, but designed to measure slightly more advanced abilities.
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through.
• Ability to use creative problem solving techniques to solve business issues
• Strong PC and analytical skills
• Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Must be open to rotation to other functions within ACCO for resiliency purposes.

ACF is an international non-governmental, private, apolitical, non-religious and non-profit organization created in 1979. Its goal is to combat hunger and dangerous situations that threaten men, women and children. Currently 500 expats and more than 5,000 employees are working for ACF in more than forty-six countries working in projects concerning four areas of focus: nutrition, health, food security and water and sanitation.
ACF-Spain is looking for a responsible for a SMART Survey for the Philippines who will have to ensure that by the end of his/her assignment, methodologies and recommendations will be made available in the mission with the perspective to capacitate the DOH in the implementation of the project.

Objective
The SMART Survey Responsible will set-up, organize and implement a nutritional survey using the SMART methodology. This will be done with local and national stakeholders with the objective of increasing local capacity in Nutrition Assessment and Analysis. The data collected will have to include anthropometric measurements, vaccination rates & coverage and indicators of the mortality. Following initial analysis, a causal analysis workshop will be held with local stakeholders. A final report including the main findings of the analysis of the data as well as recommendations will be expected by the end of the four month mission. . • Development of methodologies and tools • Recruitment and training of survey staff • Management and follow-up of the activities • Data management and analysis • Budget management • Coordination • Evaluation and report • Capitalization and Capacity building
Profile
• Nutritionist / medical studies • Trained in SMART Methodologies with experience as responsible for field Surveys. Professional experience of at least 2 years in developing countries • Experience related to Acute Malnutrition and knowledge in treatment practices • Experience in Nutritional Survey implementation with SMART methodology and people training on Surveys methods. • Good Knowledge on (Word, Excel et Ena) • Rigorous and methodic, Independent worker and with initiative, Flexibility, Capacity on management of international and multicultural team, Good Listener and easily adapted, Capacity on coordination, planning and M&E
• English fluent, Spanish appreciate, Other Local language if ever possible • The candidate must be a person with high diplomatic skills in order to maintain and extend ACF-E’s relation with many governmental and non-governmental counterparts, able to analyze the socio-economic, political and anthropological context needed for current interventions and for future project proposals, and able to cope with frustration and deal with a difficult security situation (volatile and unpredictable context).
Remunerative Package:
• House and maintenance cover by the organization. • Formal contract of work : 4 months • Salary: from 1200€ to 1840 € gross per month according to candidate’s previous experience + responsibility plus (according to standard list of ACF- Spain) • ACF- Spain remuneration system allows a salary progression based on the annual development appraisal • Travel costs to and from the mission. • Per Diems. • 25 working days of holidays per year. • One week of breaks, (including travel cost to the reference zone, and 200 Euros to pass the week of break). • Travel and accident insurance and repatriation on account of the organization. • Extra per month and per child (Under 18 years old)
