Description

Responsible for providing support to the Personal Loans product:

- Generates, analyzes, and presents relevant performance MIS

- Reviews the risk acceptance criteria and performs related decision tree analysis

- Supports initiatives on new volume growth, process streamlining, risk mitigation, Collections efficiency and compliance to global credit and risk policies and local laws and regulations.

Qualifications

-

- Strong analytical, quantitative skills

- Knowledge in programming particularly SAS, SQL, Visual Basic, FoxPro

- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access or other database management tools/systems.

- Credit, Risk Management and MIS reporting background a plus

- Resourceful and flexible

- Organized, able to multi-task

- Thorough, highly attentive to detail

- Able to produce quality and accurate output under very tight deadlines.

- Able to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
