DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS
POSITION REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR OF DSS

Primary Job Tasks: Ensure over-all efficiency and effectiveness of the office and its compliance on safety, security, health and environmental standards of the company and governing agencies.

? Develop and initiate office standards, policies and procedures that would ensure efficient and effective use of company’s resources to support business growth and sustainability. Resources include but are not limited to; office personnel, office space, office equipment, office supplies.
? Evaluate and improve existing office related policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives and core values.
? Determine needs of the office and its various departments in terms of resources to effectively operate and meet set standards and business objectives.
? Facilitate over-all effort of the office to meet standards on safety, security, health and environmental compliance.
? Supervise and control maintenance processes to ensure effective safekeeping of company fixtures and assets.
? Liaise with building administrators, contractors and local agencies to ensure compliance on all applicable and governing laws essential to sustain business growth of the company.
? Coordinate and work with different department heads to ensure all office related procedures and policies are observed and reviewed regularly.
? Report office management performance feedback on goals, objectives, metrics and issues to Business Leader of DuPont Sustainable Solutions.

Secondary Job Tasks:
? Facilitating training and orientation on office policies and procedures as well as office compliance.
? Keep an organized system to measure office performance on compliance and efficiency programs.

Requirements of Position (Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
? Minimum work experience of 2 years in the same function/capacity
? College Degree in Business Administration preferably with Major in Management
? Project Management certification is an advantage but not a requirement
? Strong background and network in Philippine BPO/Call Center Industry
? Must be willing to work on flexible hours (70% of work done during US EST office hours)
? Effective verbal and written communications skills in English and Filipino
? Strong character and effective leadership skills
? Excellent organizational skills
? Effective interpersonal and interdepartmental skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications --- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
? Excellent documentation skills
? Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
? Team player

Work schedule: flexible schedule/ completes 48 hours within 1 month (mostly mid-shift schedule)

Compensation Plan:
• Php 50,000 – 60,000 depending on qualification (Basic monthly salary – inclusive of night differential and allowance)
• Quarterly and annual performance based bonus – to be determined
