Job Description

Role:

·         Prepares and implements an annual audit work and long range audit plan which fulfils the responsibility of Internal Audit Division.

·         Develops and updates audit programs and checklists; plans and monitors audit work schedules; develops and recommends implementation of forms, systems, and procedures to carry out responsibilities and accomplish goals of the Internal Audit Division.

·         Ensures maintenance of high standard and quality audit projects and reports.

·         Adopts people management practices that emphasize empowerment, quality, productivity standards and goal attainment.

·         Discusses audit matters to management or to concerned auditee or personnel.

·         Furnishes management with analyses, appraisals, recommendations, counsel, and information concerning activities reviewed to promote effective control.

Qualifications:

-       CPA

-       With min. 7 years experience, 3 years of which in a Managerial capacity from multinational companies or the Big 4

-       Technical competencies: Audit Planning and Auditing Techniques, Accounting Principles Project Management; Technical Writing / Documentation ; Working Knowledge of Relevant Software (MMS, Oracle Financials)

-       Analytical, Objective; Flexible, Emotionally mature
