Java Developers
(National Capital Reg - Quezon Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City)

Responsibilities:
• Software Developers will be responsible for development and deployment, and will be expected to participate in defining solutions that include both hardware and software components.
• Software Developers will be expected to work independently or in teams with minimum supervision, and must use industry best practices to deliver high-quality code.
• Development teams will be organized to work on front-end interfaces and back-end interfaces simultaneously.

Requirements:
• 4+ years professional software development experience utilizing Java/J2EE technologies
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
experience
• Familiarity with distributed computing
• Must be knowledgeable in SQL and experienced with very large databases
• Familiarity with Apache Tomcat webserver and Unix/Linux
• Familiarity with JUnit testing and Subversion control
• Experienced in technical design and technical documentation
• For front-end programming, utilizing Java web development frameworks like Spring, Struts, Tiles, Tapestry, etc
• For back-end programming, utilizing object-relational mapping tools like Hibernate and Java Persistence API, and MySQL InnoDB pluggable storage engine
• Knowledge of J2EE design principles and patterns for enterprise applications
