Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Handles customer queries on prices and discounts offeredReceive and process cash, check and charge/credit paymentsProvide change and receiptsBag or package purchasesCount money, sort charge slips and balance moniesResponsible for daily reports on the purchases for the day.Accountable for the cash sales made.Give advice on performance of the shop depending on the monthly sales.Key Competencies: Good Customer Service
