Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Retailer Advocate located in Makati City, Philippines through December 14, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Position Details:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Serves as primary point of contact for US Marketer & Retailer merchant credit card transactions and other financial transactions, including brand-related programs.
Accepts immediate ownership of inquiries and assumes advocacy role in resolving issues.
Utilizes multiple computer applications to assist customers, gather data and resolve customer issues.
Articulates case symptoms, issues and case resolution updates or process improvements.
Escalates other customer issues and shares customer feedback to appropriate US-based service centers and marketing contacts.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in business-related courses (Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing,etc.) or equivalent degree
experience in providing phone support to customers is an advantage
Preferably with experience in credit card industry and/or service gas station experience
Worked in customer disputes function and financial reconciliation functions
Experience in handling US business partners would be an advantage
SAP experience is an advantage
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
Can work with minimal supervision
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Can deliver effective presentations across a multi-cultural customer base
Open to night shift work schedule Relocation Options:
