Salary: Php 60-80,000

Job Description:
- Support Plant Manager for employee issues and improve employee moral
- Control OT rate and attrition rate etc.
- Implement Employee survey and work out the action plan
- Prepare HR relevant reports on monthly basis
- Be responsible for payroll and relevant C&B issues
- Monitor and record employees’ attendance and leave
- Accomplish new hires’ on board procedures including orientation, contract signing etc.
- Manage employees’ personal files and ensure all personal data complete
- Work with labor agent to manage contractors
- Collect and provide data for relevant analysis
- Implement Performance Review program
- Develop and update departmental policies and memos
- Take part of the responsibilities on administration work (such as transportation arrangement, hotel reservation, flight tickets booking, express management, visa application etc.)
- Complete tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements:
- Be proactive and with strong sense of responsibility, good logical thinking
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- At least 5 years HR mgt experience
- Familiar with computer skills, especially good at excel practice
- Sensitive to figures, and Able to maintain confidentiality
- Familiar with labor law and regulations
- Focus on details and good team work spirit
