Job Trade: CIVILFIELD ENGINEER (Artscape)
Qualification:
BS in Civil Engineering or B.S. in Architect
Duties and Responsibilities:
Quantifying all aspects of construction drawing using AutoCAD and documentation
Preparation of RFQ (Request for Quotation) for Subcontract and Materials
Review, analyze and evaluate quotation/proposal of subcontractors/vendors
Preparation of subcontract agreement or purchase order with its documentation
Preparation of interim payment documents for subcontractor
Skills and Competency
MS Office
Knowledge in AutoCAD
Knowledge in Cost estimate and Contract
