Role Mission: Provides excellent customer service through making outbound calls and processing request from customers.

• Making outbound calls for customers and clients answer questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
• Educate callers on client processes whenever necessary
• Document all calls with regards to caller inquiries accurately using Call Tracking System
• Communicate clearly and effectively with participants
• Perform other task as required.

• Excellent oral and written English Communication skills
• Developed Computer skills (Word, Excel, Explorer etc.)
• Excellent product knowledge and client HR processes
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Professional phone manner
• Commitment to Call Center success
