Corrosion/Static Engineer

Job

To be accountable for the execution and resolution of technical issues associated with Static / Corrosion Equipment located at the Malampaya Shallow Water Platform (SWP) and the Onshore Gas Plant (OGP).

"General Static Equipment

* Be familiar with the assets static equipment and their respective performance.

* Be familiar with the static equipment maintenance and inspection strategies y document.

* Be familiar with the background and status of the static equipment Verification Schemes and Safety Critical Elements.

* Provide Discipline support in the evaluation of the issues raised through the Deviation Control, Fountain, SAP (PRs, Z6 notifications, s) , SAP Z5 / Change RequestsMOC, Competency Unit Standards, equipment, vendors, workshop procedures, use of standards etc.

* Initiate and Participate participate in investigations / root cause analyses RCA teams into static equipment items.failures

* Participate in the follow through of actions from these reviews.

* Manage allocated contracts as sponsor / focal point - roles separately defined.

* Responsible for allocated suite of Discipline Documents (e.g. COPs) - ensure they are fit for purpose.

* Discipline input to minor engineering changes associated with static equipment.

• Apply Business Improvement techniques (including LEAN and Root Cause Analysis) to all aspects of the role to drive improvements in safety, technical Integrity, reliability, availability, financial management; to minimise waste and maximise business benefit
