Required Skills:

Candidates must have at least 13 years of work experience, with 3 to 5 years of managerial level position handledCandidates must have handled 5 to 15 people direct reports 
Delivery Management/Project Management Global or Regional exposure SAP or Oracle or MS application implementation Understanding of capability maturity model processes and tools Above Average communication skills is preferred.Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining and providing expertise in at least one technology, tool, application or business function. Supports a specific capability, works closely with the with IT Capability Lead(s), IT Capability Director(s) and key stakeholders in understanding customer requirements, building customer partnerships and providing technology solutions for the customers within their capability. Maintains overall accountability for the entire IT product’s work effort, deliverables, and resources May directly supervise 1-10 Manager and Non-Executive direct reports. Direct product management support teams and maintain complex work plans for large multiple mission-critical, high profile application products / initiativesOwn and develop relationships with senior customer executives on large scale, mission critical projects: responsible for overall customer satisfaction for project and/or project areaRepresent CIO to customer group; responsible for identifying partnering opportunities across CIO Solution DeliveryWork closely with IT Capability Director and/or IT Capability Lead to provide feedback and implement work agreements and arrangement letters for key customers; monitor production, SLA reports and incident resolution Manage CIO Technology Product Solution cycle: requirements, planning, testing, deployment, training and help desk support Manage customer and internal Product Management communications for mission-critical, high profile applications
