Job Description

A Hiring Coordinator is responsible for understanding the Client’s / Business’ staffing needs. He is responsible in ensuring that the job specifications as given by the Client is relayed correctly and clearly to the Recruitment Team. He is responsible in ensuring that the shortlist for the Job Position is of quality. He is responsible in updating the recruitment team regarding Client feedback.
This is an office-based position. Possible work schedule: 8AM - 5PM Manila timezone

Skill(s) / Requirements
* Above the average spoken and written English.
* At least 1 year recruitment experience. Familiar in end-to-end recruitment process.
* At least 1 year customer or sales experience for a US, AU or UK market
* Must be computer savvy
* Must love to listen and talk.
* Must be happy to do research and learn regarding Client Industries/Business (we are dealing with different industries)
* Excellent leadership skills / can work in a team both office based and home based
* Must be proactive
* Must be a problem solver
* Flexible and able to adjust to policy and procedural changes
* Any managerial background a plus but not necessary
* Lives within 1 hour drive to Makati area a PLUS

Responsibilities
* Will work hand and hand with the Business Development (sales) team regarding new clients and potential clients.
* Will work hand and hand with the CSR Team regarding orders coming from EXISTING clients.
* Talk to clients regarding their staffing needs. Ask questions when something is not clear to draw a clear picture of what they want.
* Document conversation with Client on our CRM.
* Work with Recruitment Team regarding job orders or client staffing needs
* Follow up with recruitment team regarding progress
* Continuously update and maintain relationship with client all throughout the recruitment process up to hiring
* Gives bi-monthly feedback to Recruitment Manager regarding * Recruitment Team’s performance based on quality of shortlist
* Reviews shortlist for job positions
* Endorse/recommend qualified shortlisted candidates to Clients
* Coordinate with interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates
* Client follow up
* Updates the recruitment team regarding client feedback
* Closing job order ; collecting and finalizing contracts
