You’re empowered to do your best by assisting with Operational Projects throughout the organization! Are you a subject matter expertise using Six Sigma methodology in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? Assist us with strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups as a Project Six Sigma Consultant to coordinate and complete projects, define performance and results and manage vendors and service providers. You’ll investigate non-standard requests and problems, makes presentations to senior leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks, prioritize your work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned. Six Sigma Certification or in process of Certification for Project Management required and previous experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) is a plus.

As the Master Black Belt-Quality for GSD Operations at Manila, this position would be responsible for management and providing direction to the Quality function for BPO operations at Manila under Global Sourcing and Delivery (GSD), will closely work with the GSD Operations leadership team. Responsible for development, implementation, monitoring, training and directing a comprehensive Quality program in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Establishes the structure, tools and practices to ensure compliance, Six-Sigma operational practices looking to avoid or mitigate risks throughout the Manila captive organization.
• Would be responsible for driving process improvements and would work with operations leaders and senior leadership to formulate strategy and vision to take the operations to the next level.
• Would be involved in laying the framework for providing trainings & enabling certifications on Six Sigma.
• Responsible for internal audit team and audit process as an end-to-end process, including; the development of the audit scope agreement, planning and scheduling process, action plans, and report development.
• Manage the on-going relationship with the external audit/consulting firms on an on-going basis on audit/training related topics and issues (process and methodology related activity only)
• Manage a team of Black Belts responsible for day-to-day activities to support quality improvement process, audit function for different Business Units.
• Utilize established tools to meet team and individual goals. Recommend and direct projects that drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the organization meets Service Level Agreements / Performance Guarantee goals. Fosters and collaborates with all internal and external customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Uses appropriate control mechanism's to monitor and manage the business segment(s) overall performance.
• Builds and reviews business scorecards and performance metrics for the assigned segment(s), and appropriately builds action plans.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of total experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Should be Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt Certified
• Ability to lead/manage extensive, complex/strategic projects with company-wide scope, set and monitor goals and workflow.
• Self-motivated with leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiating skills.
• Business process reengineering, process measurement and improvement experience
• 5+ years of project management administration and/or
• Project management experience to include tracking/reporting responsibilities for a large portfolio of projects.
• 3+ years experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions.
• Moderate to advanced MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
