Job Description: To provide excellent customer service to international clients
Positions Available:
CSR/ TSR- Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative ( Inbound Account)
Qualifications:
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or Call Centre Executive.
• Applicants must be amenable to work on Dayshift/graveyard shift.
• Applicants must be willing to work on rotating schedules
• We accept High School grad, college grads/undergrads
• Should have good communication skills
• Applicants should have high motivation to work for a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Should have strong customer handling skills
• strong computer navigation and typing skills
