Location: NCR-Quezon City

Contact and schedule applicants for assessment and processing of the Recruitment Operations Team.

Principal Responsibilities
* Contact and schedule applicants to ensure robust/adequate daily applicant flow.
* Assist with screening and referring qualified applicants to the appropriate department management for follow-up interview.
* Source candidates for open positions as well as leverage online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking systems to identify qualified candidates.
* Provide administration and maintenance to various corporate recruitment mailboxes.
* Use effective communication approaches that proactively keep others informed and appropriately express ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form in a timely manner.
* Stay informed and updated regarding systems enhancements.
* Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the Company and the position.
* Collaborate with Recruiting Team to post job openings to career boards, newspapers, and other media outlets as well as internally.
* Remain in compliance with Corporate Human Resource policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance in Corporate Global Recruitment programs.
* Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all Federal and Local laws and regulations.
* Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures.
* Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
* Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

* High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree or if undergraduate, with relevant work experience preferred.
* Human Resource or Recruiting experience preferred.
* At least 1 year experience handling administrative responsibilities preferred.
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
* Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
* Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
* Ability to prioritize and organize work.
* Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
