Our customer is a large Belgian construction group that employs over 20,000 people worldwide and is actively looking for an:

ERP Business Analyst – (8025)

Mission

In the context of an ERP project, identification of the business requirements and delivering of a solution that meets these requirements.

Your main responsibilities are:

·         Analyze and understand the end user’s needs ;

·         Map the functional requirements into an MS Dynamics AX solution ;

·         Deliver the functional specifications for customization and interfaces ;

·         Communicate with an offshore development team in the Philippines and external consultants, follow-up and ensure the quality of the deliverables ;

·         Document the test scenarios and test cases ;

·         Prepare and update training documentation ;

·         Execute and document unit, regression and integration testing ;

·         Provide guidance and support to the business users ;

·         Execute data uploads with technical support ;

·         Write user manuals or procedures when necessary ;

 Profile

·         Bachelor or Master degree in one of the following areas : finance, IT or business administration ;

·         Trilingual Dutch, French and English ;

·         Experience in MS Dynamics AX on the development side or the user side ;

·         Previous experience as Functional or Business Analyst ;

·         Knowledge in any other ERP system ;

·         Previous development experience is an advantage ;

·         Knowledge of finance, supply chain and cost-accounting modules is an advantage ;

·         Willing to travel when needed for the project ;
