Responsibilities:

- Provide and support superior service via phone.
- Use listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
- Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
- Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
- Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
- Apply effective quality call handling.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree/ Vocational diploma/ at least finished 2 years of college without back subject
- Communication skills: average to above average
- Entry level/ fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willing to be trained, goal-oriented, team player
- Willing to work in shifting schedule (dayshift ,midshift and graveyard shift)
- Amenable to work in Makati, Ortigas,Pasay, Libis
