Responsibilities:
- Contribute to content and technical community efforts
- Utilize effective communication with customers and peers
- Document complex technical issues in a clear written form
- Keep customer informed throughout the process
- Identify customer needs and identify resolutions that meet those needs
- Clearly guide the customer through the application and troubleshooting steps for the applications supported.
- Experience in computer technical support preferably on one of the Windows operating & Office systems
- Provide and facilitate the delivery of technical solutions and information to targeted customers
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge in software, hardware, and networking, particularly troubleshooting and repair
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Ability to proactively solve problems and is results-oriented
- Ability to learn complex technical information quickly
- Speaks and writes with high level of proficiency in the English language
