Job Description
Responsibilities:
•To monitor all client devices and to be responsible for managing all network outages
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues, follow up on pending problems
•Prioritize outstanding issues that directly affect a client’s ability to run their business
•Informs management of critical issues that may affect clients
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, ECE or equivalent
•Candidates with Vocational or Short Course Certificate but with relevant experience may also apply; At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•With Basic knowledge about Wide Area Networks
•Experience with Network monitoring tools, working with Cisco devices such as routers or PIX would be preferred but not required.
•With good organizational skills and oral and written communication skills
•With the ability to communicate effectively in dealing with internal and external customers and suppliers
