Responsibilities:

• Follow established scripts and protocols to resolve basic or repetitive issues within established guidelines
• May complete or compile issues logs and reporting
• Ability to act as an advocate of the business
• Escalates issues when necessary
• Reviews and analyzes client disputes
• Accounting Specialists, Investment Analysts, Trades Processors
• Interfaces with clients

Requirements:

• Must be able to operate independently, with no greater than intermediate supervision required
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal skills in English
• Demonstrate excellence in problem solving
• Good in judgment & reasoning skills
• Familiar with MS Office Software
• Ability to follow guidelines
• Organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Time Management
• Self motivated
