Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, BS ECE or other related courses  and minimum of 2 year working experience. 
Must have a work experience on application development using .Net platforms. H .Net, and Crystal Report writing ability.  
He should also have revamping usage (MS Access) Applications for Visual Basic.
