Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing on-site workstation support and assisting in resolving issues and problems related to workstation hardware, operating systems and configurations
• Maintaining data integrity and workstation security in accordance with standards and best practices
• Updating Incident Management tickets status information (e.g., case notes or work info)
Qualification:
• Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, BS Computer Science or Information Technology
• Must have technical experience on PC hardware troubleshooting, MS Windows O/S, Basic knowledge in LAN, WAN, and MAN
• Must have basic skills in server administration and maintenance troubleshooting
• Must have background in ITIL
• Must be able to work on shifting schedule
