Customer Service Representative - Fort Bonifacio Global City

We have multiple disaster recovery measures in place, and are already planning a disaster recovery/tier 2 service center to provide even more robust and reliable services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

The position involves taking calls, writing emails and informing the customers according to the data in the system for outsourcing clients.
As a Call Center Agent, your task will be to handle our clients' calls in an effective and pleasant way, with complete professionalism and to the very best of your ability.

Requirements:

Excellent reading and verbal skills in English.
Full-Time positions available
Familiar with Windows, MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, etc.
Working days will be based on Department schedule.

Applicant needs to be willing to learn, patient, responsible, and thoughtful
Good communication skills and pleasant personality
Experience in Call Centre customer support job is a plus.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
Able to start work immediately
