OAM is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for Clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.

Open Access Marketing’s Clients come from all over, and include companies in the Energy, Education, Internet, Healthcare, and IT industries. We can serve clients in multiple languages including English, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese and provide support for various business and knowledge processes.

Position Summary

As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing OAM’s operations. You will interact directly with our clients, agents, and the management to ensure the success of your client’s campaigns.

The Team Leader will have direct supervision over your team of agents and will report directly to a Group Manager or Group Team Lead.

Position Requirements:
• Fluent in spoken American English
• 4 year university degree graduate
• Minimum 5 years call center/BPO experience
• Supervisory skills including tools, processes, and systems knowledge
• With supervisory/team lead experience and managed at least 10 agents;
• Ability to handle multiple accounts
• Experience working with Australian / UK accounts a plus
• Experience working with mobile accounts a plus
