TeamLauncher Philippines Inc. is in need of LAWYER to work for North American and European Law firms.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Have 1 or more years of experience in the related field is required in this position
• Preferably have Extensive knowledge in legal research resources and methods
• Familiarity with North American and/or UK case law;
• High level of comprehension of North American and European legal research tools and methods
• Previous legal experience in drafting documents, contracts, motions, and memoranda
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Bar membership preferred but not required
Job Description:
• Receiving and analyzing incoming correspondence
• The attorney will work in handling a full case load for legal firms overseas in North America and the UK.
• Handling litigation and trial matters, drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, handling pre-trial preparation and document review
• Legal research and writing on pertinent case law
• Review documents for relevance to case
• Gather and compile relevant information
• Supervise paralegals and law clerks on designated tasks
Skills required:
• Excellent planning skills
• Perseverance, creativity and reasoning ability
• Highly analytical to complex cases, handle new and unique legal problem
