TeamLauncher Philippines Inc. is in need of LAW CLERKS to work for North American and European Law firms.
Qualifications:
• Completion of at least 2 years in Law School
• Excellent Writing Skills
• Must have at least 2 years experience in the same field.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High level of understanding in various legal research, tools and methods
Job Description:
• Provide Technical Support to attorneys both in-house and overseas in brief opinion writing
• Perform legal research in North American and UK law utilizing both written and electronic resources
• Assist in drafting and filing legal documents, gather and compile facts and relevant case information
• Drafts pleadings and motions, and assist attorneys in preparing for dispositions and trials
Skills Required:
• an understanding of legal terminology
• excellent research and analysis skills
• clear and articulate verbal communication skills
• ability to write precise and professional correspondence
• advanced organizational and administrative skills
