Job Description

Responsibilities:

Drive multiple Oracle application Supply Chain improvement projects and support the Project Manager. Provide thought leadership, detailed application design and solution. Support end users of Oracle application Supply Chain modules (especially Oracle OM, Shipping & Pricing) with trouble shooting and be able to provide one-on-one training. Perform hands on configuration & testing in Oracle EBS suite & documentation. Provide excellent communications specifically in regard to representing and justifying customers’ requirements to technical team and business users Be the liaison between business managers, business users and IT team. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions or mapping, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Drive and challenge business requirements on their assumptions of how they will successfully support the business process Collaborate with Oracle application developers and business users to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the application development technical team to provide solutions Develop requirements specifications, functional and technical specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. Responsible for coordinating with business users and external vendors / consultants to manage and maintain finance related systems. Support any supply chain related projects Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering or information technology or management. 8  to 10+ years of leadership experience in architecting, managing and  implementing the Oracle applications-Primary Modulesà(Oracle Order Management (OM), Oracle Shipping, Oracle Advanced Pricing (QP), Inventory (INV), Purchase Order (PO), Secondary ModulesàBill of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Collaborative Planning (CP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Workflow, and System Administration Understanding and working knowledge of Financial modules in Oracle Superior organizational skills with estimation and project planning experience Strong customer focused attitude with good communication skills Should have experience in working with Oracle EBS Release 12, preferably in Semiconductor industry. Experience in working with a multi vendor and multi location projects working as a consultant  is a plus Experience working with multi cultural extended team is a plus, with ability to influence team members to cross the finish line on time  Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously Able to work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
