To supplement our Business Development Team, we are looking for a motivated colleague, who is team and customer oriented, likes to embrace new challenges and is committed to achieve joint success.

Qualifications:

You are a performance oriented person with considerable ambition and desire to succeed.

At least 2-5 years of B2B business development experience in a sales environment Resourceful and creative in acquiring new potential clients You are self motivated, result-oriented and have a "can-do" work attitude Discipline, ability to manage your time and prioritize assigned tasks are your strengths Excellent communication, negotiation skills; confident and convincing on the telephone Advanced knowledge of MS Office Fluent English is mandatory plus one additional language preferably being the mother tongue:

Indonesian, Malaysian, Philippine, Thai, Korean, Japanese & Cantonese

You are in possession of a valid work permit in Switzerland

Source potential customers Create and update your calling list Daily introduction and follow up by telephone and email You will be engaged in business development & sales support activities for selected countries Report verbally and in writing to the Sales Manager Attend and actively participate in weekly sales meetings Update management about new conditions, regulations in target markets Provide general support to new and existing clients
