We are looking for an economist interested in international economics, willing to learn to write about the housing market, covering many countries. The position involves using economic analysis to interpret trends, statistics and market data for the investment-conscious readers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Associate Economics Researchers are expected to produce investment reports, and updates for segments of country reports. They are expected to possess:
i) a strong economics background and be willing to be trained in and to study Housing Economics;
ii) ability to conduct research and
iii) ability to produce and write own research outputs.

Responsibilities:
• Write in-depth analytical real estate write-ups of several countries.
• Become familiar with the economic sources, statistics.
• Rapidly build expertise in a particular region of the world, such as Asia, Europe, Latin America or the Middle East.
• Learn about real estate economics
• Become an active contributor to our team.

Requirements:
• Genuine interest in a career in economics research
• Bachelors degree in Economics.
• Interest in other countries
• Willing to be trained in economic analysis and forecasting
• Excellent oral and written English
• Residents of Isabela are ok to apply.
