EXECUTIVE – TELESALES

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will make outward bound telephone calls, locally and overseas, to primarily secure sales and resolve customer service issues.

The Job:

Initiate calls to generate interest and secure sales from prospective customersActively seek new income generating opportunities to meet the company targetsCommunicate with the existing accounts to increase levels of the business activityAssess customer needs and communicate potential sales opportunities to managersLog calls and update database accurately with prospect informationPresent hit rate and status reportsHandle customer disputes / problemsEscalate critical issues to the telesales team leadThe Person:

Candidates with an exceptional telesales track record preferredExcellent spoken and written EnglishEloquent and customer-orientedAbility to cope under rigorous pressurePositive and passionateAble to work early morning shifts starting from 5am onwards (Monday to Friday)

Salary: 20,000 basic salary plus 5,000 allowance

Graduate of Any 4 years course

Male or Female

With atleast 1 year work experience in Telesales (Outbound)

Experience in Lead Generation is required

Excellent communication and listening skills

Highly motivated with strong sales skills

Must be competitive and driven to succeed

Ability to achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales goals

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team/organization setting

Persistent and must take initiative

Strong follow-through skills a must

Enjoy working with customers and building relationships.
