The Quality Control Officer will ensure GPS Technology Services team meets all the quality requirements established by the business and the client, and that systems deployed to production have met all client requirements as documented. This role is expected to further reduce, if not eliminate, all defects from the client.

•Effectively work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to gather and document project requirements.

•Responsible for ensuring test cases are created prior to start of development and that Development Leads and/ or Project Managers signs off on these test cases.

• Develop and coordinate test plans, thereby ensuring plans are complete and will validate testing.

•Design and develop manual test cases, create test environments (if needed), ensure the proper execution of test cases and record their results.

•Verify whether the procedure or process documented and signed off for the project has been followed.

•Carry out functional testing on the system based on the client specification and test cases.

•Report or log defects using tools like Quality Center, indicate owner of the defect, and tabulate errors for analysis and creation of corrective measure to prevent the same errors from happening again.

- Perform and manage credit and financial analysis and reviews. Monitor the credit performance of existing customers & make financially sound credit decisions in compliance with existing corporate policies and turnaround times
