An appointment setter calls a predetermined number of prospective customers or clients. Once contact has been established, the setter is responsible for engaging the lead by introducing them to the goods and/or services of the company. The ultimate objective is to set up a call or meetings between the potential customer and a member of the sales force.

You fit the role if you:

1.) Must have at least 1 year Call Center experience.
2.) Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs. These programs include Word and Excel.
3.) Candidates must be amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime. They also must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status and willing to work in Mandaluyong City.

i) a strong economics background and be willing to be trained in and to study Housing Economics;
ii) ability to conduct research and
iii) ability to produce and write own research outputs.
