Job Description
Role
· Provide the expertise required to maintain clients’ web assets and bring digital initiatives to life online and on time – regardless of technology and platform.
· Collaborate with the Project Managers in Manila Hub to ensure all the reported cases are being handled according to the SLA, provide recommendations to the Project Managers when necessary.
· Develop the clients’ business relationship by winning new web operations & web development contracts.
Qualifications
· At least 6-8 years experience in technology, experienced at Account and Program Management.
· Ability to do project management for multiple projects with a proven track record in client satisfaction and results.
· Knowledge in PMBOK, Agile, Prince2
· Experience in using best practices from ITIL
· Preferably worked as a Tech Manager or an Interactive PM (minimum 2 years).
· At least 4 years experience in a web development role.
· A technical background sufficient for understanding and communicating about web technologies. Knowledge on Autonomy TeamSite CMS, SEO, technical hosting infrastructure, information security, etc., will be an advantage.
· Experienced at working with creative agencies & technical hosting companies.
· Excellent communication skills; ability to facilitate effectively across multiple organisations and borders.
· Strong risk assessment, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
· A university degree or equivalent academic background.
· Holds high level of attention to detail.
· Highly motivated team leader and player.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
· Positive "can-do" attitude.
· Fluent English language oral and written.

During a six month trial, MVK has successfully signed up over 250 customers and six agents to this service. The next stage is to conduct second trial in September 2011. After this, the service will be launched across Kenya in March 2012.
M-Kopa is establishing regional offices located in provincial towns across Kenya. These offices are responsible for recruiting and managing agents, stock management and local marketing.

Function: A key member of a growing team responsible for distribution and sales. Play a key role in the establishment and management of a new regional office in a region of Kenya.
