Sourcing Specialist

This is a "headhunting" position, incumbent will have to reach out to professionals and encourage them to apply for our vacant roles. The position will manage and develop a database of referral partners who will refer candidates for available roles. This job is not to advertise and hope applicants respond. This is an "outbound only" role, which will suit someone with extensive experience in exactly this function in the recruitment industry.
Proactively look for effective sourcing channels.

Successfully review and understand technical job requirements.
Recruit quality candidates for technical roles, including software developers, network engineers and IT helpdesk.

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

-College graduate of any course
- with 1 year working experience as a Sourcing Specialist.
- Must be amenable to work in Makati.

· Min 3 Years experience and knowledge in:
· ASP.NET .net Window Forms
· SQL Server – Knows how to code to SQL database from ASP.NET and Win .NET
· Windows Azure cloud be nice but not a critical requirement
· VB6 Past experience be nice but not a critical requirement

Primary Role:

Development of a full cloud version of current desktop application, working with myself (Architect, and Jener – User perspective). Technology will ASP.NET HTML 5 using Infragistics Suite of tools on Windows Azure and SQL Azure cloud platform.

Secondary Role:

Need to do minor bug fixing and minor enhancements on legacy desktop application that is old VB6 + .Net 2012 hybrid desktop application (Client Server) to SQL Server express 2012.

Must be a Microsoft committed developer and a fan of all Microsoft technologies.
