is in need for INSTRUMENTATION DESIGN ENGR.
*** for DESIGN PROJECT
in HEAD OFFICE, SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA ***
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, below 45 yrs old
- Must have at least 3 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Petrochem, Refinery Project) and DESIGN PROJECT.
- Graduate of BS or above degree in INSTRUMENT / CHEMICAL OR ELECTRICAL Engineering.
- With good command in English both oral and written.
- Computer Literate (i.e. MS Office Applications, Networking, troubleshooting, etc.)
- With knowledge in International Codes, P&IDs Review, Instrument Design Philosophy, SIL Calculations, HAZOP Participation, DCS/PLC Engineering (including Cause & Effect Diagrams, Logic Diagrams, Control Room Design), Building Protection Systems (including Fire & Gas Systems, Communication Systems), Analyzers & Shelters, Procurement Engineering, Design Engineering & Deliverables, Working knowledge of INtools Modules like Index, Specification, Wiring, Loop Drawings & Hookups etc.
Terms and Conditions:

Job Description
· QC INSPECTOR (Instrumentation)
3 Year diploma in relevant discipline.
Inspector shall satisfy the requirements of a fully qualified instrument technician/engineer meeting the requirements laid out by the instrument society of America or the institute of measurement and control.
Should have thorough working knowledge of the national electric Code/NFPA70 or equivalent standards.
Total 10 years experience including 6 years experience in inspection and 4 years of which in oil & gas or petro
chemical industries
With experience in following activities;
Inspection of cable Trays and Cable laying installation for various types of instrument cables like core,
pair, triad Shield and unshielded cables.
Ensuring the quality of the filed instruments, cables, junction box, and tubing are installed in
accordance to client contract specifications.
Perform the inspection & calibration of field instruments and preparation of calibration certificates as
per the client specifications/ standards.
Verify the pre commissioning inspection activities for the filed instruments and panels inside Control Room (like DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA, UPS, Marshalling Panel, InterposingPanel and F&G system). Functional tests of panels.
Reading P&ID, Loop checking, Logic checking and trouble shooting of field instruments. Preparation of I/O list, I/O assignment, logic diagrams.
