[Full-time] Bookkeeper at Remote Staff Inc.
Client is looking for a long term employee who wants this as a full time role and is willing to do it for potentially many years.
Possible work schedule: 7AM - 4PM MNL Timezone (with 1 hour lunchbreak)
Skill(s) / Requirements
-A graduate of Accountancy/Banking/Finance or any related course. CPA is preferred but NOT required
-Comprehensive understanding, knowledge and proficiency in the following:
-- MS Office and Computer
-- Invoicing
-- Payroll
-- General Ledger
-- Debtor Analysis
-- MYOB
-- PAYG
-- Superannuation
-- Payroll Tax
-Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
-A large part of this job will be weekly payroll, this involves receiving time sheets at the beginning of the week entering them into the client's custom software package and then processing the payroll and invoicing in MYOB.
-Other tasks will include BAS, and admin tasks, as well as dealing with vary questions throughout the day re: invoices and payroll etc.
-The candidate will also be responsible for accounts payable, setting up invoices for payment in the bank account.
