Skill(s) / Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.Fluent english with minimal foreign accentAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.Must have at least 1 year OUTBOUND call center experience.Must be amenable to working on Australian/UK/US business hoursCandidates with strong background in sales campaign, especially in B2B campaigns will be preferred but not a requirement.Must have experience in sales. lead generation and /or appointment settingGood interpersonal skills; can work effectively with people at all levels.Must be resourceful, creative and spontaneous in dealing with client.
Responsibilities The main responsibility of a Telemarketer is to create and foster goodwill among the clients.Telemarketer shall make outbound calls to and receive inbound calls (whichever the client assigns), prepare daily report on calls results.To qualify prospect and build relationships with clients through prompt, courteous, and professional service.Handles and responds to incoming sales inquiries that are generated but not limited to advertising, direct mail, or referrals.
