-Must have at least 1 year relevant work experience
-Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in English and any of the following:

-Has intimate knowledge of the customers needs
-Works accurately with an eye for detail

Responsibilities
-Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
