Skill(s) / Requirements
-At least 1 year call center experience especially in an Inbound international account.
-Preferably, lives less than an hour away from Makati or willing to relocate
-Excellent English communication skills
-People-person
-Tech savvy
-Problem solving or issue resolution skills
-Must know how to deal with foreign clients (AU, US, UK)
-Amenable to work on Graveyard Shift.
Responsibilities
-Monitor staffs attendance and logins
-Assist in client and/or staff inquiries via email phone call or chat
