Having sold over 1 billion games consoles and over 10 billion games over the last decade, my client is undoubtedly the worlds most recognised computer gaming brand. We are seeking an exceptional .NET Development Manager with an extensive array of talent and expertise to work in their plush London offices.
You will be expected to build and manage a band new agile software development team with head count for up to 15 .NET Developers. You will build and maintain an agile development capability in line with the needs of the business. You will create a clear and effective roadmap and seamlessly integrate committed work with potential and future work. You will contribute to the development and implementation of the software delivery lifecycle. You will drive continuous improvement of software delivery within this team and contribute to best practices across all teams. You will provide an environment for significant product and system innovation and improvement.
.NET Development Manager applicants should have strong experience of building .NET software development teams within a highly sophisticated agile development environment. You should be familiar with all aspects of: .NET 3.5 / 4.0, ASP.NET, C#, WCF, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server 2008, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, NUnit, RhinoMocks, Moq and BDD.
Above all we are looking for a highly ambitious individual as you will follow the firms official career progression programme with the view to being promoted to the position of CTO within 18 months as the current CTO will be moving to China to head-up their Asia operations.
