PRODUCTION MANAGER

Candidate must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any Business related courseAt least 10 years of working experience in bag or shoe manufacturing industry in the same capacityMust possess excellent management and leadership skills and can manage a group of production supervisorsDemonstrates both critical thinking and attention to details, combined with the ability to implement changes on aggressive deadlinesKnowledge on ISO is an advantageMust have good communication skillsComputer literate

PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS

Candidate must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any business related courseWith at least 5 years experience as Production Supervisor in a bag or shoe manufacturing industryHas strong leadership skills and people management skillsKnowledge in ISO is an advantageMust be aggressive and with good communication skillsComputer literate
